GetGoldSilver (the “Site”) is operated by Khurram Badar as an independent, non-advisory gold and silver intelligence project. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Email addresses you voluntarily submit via our signup forms, so that we can send you the daily brief and product updates.
• Server logs: IP address, user agent, requested path and timestamp — used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics. Typically retained for up to 30 days.
• Live price API traffic: we proxy calls to public metals APIs (metals.dev, metals.live). Your individual queries are not stored.

How we use it

• To deliver the daily gold & silver brief and occasional product announcements.
• To protect the Site against scraping, denial-of-service abuse, and other attacks.
• To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the product.

Who we share with

• Resend — transactional email delivery (welcome emails, daily brief).
• Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or personal data.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link at the bottom of every message. To request deletion of your data, email privacy@getgoldsilver.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

Cookies

The Site uses only functional cookies required for basic operation (e.g. session state). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. The “updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision.
